Broadway Property is a full service Australian property advisory firm for buyers, owners, investors and tenants. We help you create wealth with independent and strategic property advice.
Directors Ben Heritage and Ryan Stewart have each spent more than a decade immersed in the business of property in Australia.
With a proven track record of success, and an extensive local and overseas network, Ben and Ryan have built their company on the solid foundations of personal service, hard work and innovation.
For more than a decade Ben Heritage has been at the coalface of commercial real estate, where he has been involved in more than $600 million worth of property transactions.
Prior to founding Broadway Property, Ben held a senior position at a leading international commercial real estate services and investment firm. During this time, Ben managed the metropolitan investment sales team in South Australia and was also the senior auctioneer.
A qualified Valuer, Ben has extensive experience in commercial, retail and industrial assets. He has worked with clients of all kinds, from local, private investors through to international corporate organisations.
Ben combines his vast skill set and experience with strong communication and negotiation capabilities, to deliver outstanding results for Broadway Property clients.

Bachelor of Business in Property (Val) (University of South Australia), Registered Land Agent, Licenced Auctioneer, Member of Main Streets Advocacy Committee – Property Council of Australia (South Australian Division).

Over more than 10 years, Ryan Stewart has evolved into a truly dynamic, adaptive and widely experienced property professional.
A Licensed Valuer, Ryan has focused on commercial and residential valuation as well as commercial real estate advisory and consultancy services across a range of different asset classes including commercial, retail, industrial, large scale infrastructure/commercial building and land portfolios, hotels and specialised assets.
Prior to founding Broadway Property, Ryan held a senior advisory and consultancy position within a commercial property firm and a position as manager within the national real estate advisory services team, in a ‘Big 4’ global accounting firm.
Ryan’s extensive advisory and consultancy work has included strategic property portfolio reviews, highest and best use studies, feasibility studies, tenant representation and advisory, transactions, joint ventures, project management.
Ryan’s previous clients have included institutional investors, unlisted funds, corporate organisations, major lending institutes, SME’s, private investors, developers, not-for-profit organisations and government authorities including the Valuer-General in Victoria and various government departments in South Australia.
Qualifications and Industry Experience.
Bachelor of Business in Property (Val) (University of South Australia), Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) as a Certified Practising Valuer (Real Estate), Registered Sales Representative (South Australia).
